Terms of Service.
Last updated May 16, 2026. MoMoney is operated by MoMoney LLC.
Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MoMoney mobile app and related services (together, "MoMoney"), operated by MoMoney LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using MoMoney, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use MoMoney.
What MoMoney is and isn't
MoMoney is a consumer app that helps you discover class-action settlements you may be eligible to claim money from. MoMoney shows you settlements that may match the information you provide and links you to the official claims website of each settlement's administrator.
MoMoney is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you in any legal matter. A settlement match is not a determination that you qualify and is not a guarantee of payment. Every class-action claim is filed with, reviewed by, and paid by the court-appointed settlement administrator, who alone determines eligibility and payout amount. MoMoney is not affiliated with any settlement administrator or any party to the settlements it surfaces.
If MoMoney offers to connect you with a legal referral service, that service is provided by an independent third party. MoMoney does not represent that you have a viable legal claim; whether any claim has merit is determined by an attorney after consultation.
Who can use MoMoney
You must be 18 years or older to use MoMoney. MoMoney is intended for use only in the United States and its territories. You agree to provide accurate information when you create an account and when you answer questions in the app. Submitting false information to a settlement administrator may cause your claim to be rejected and may be unlawful; MoMoney is not responsible for claims rejected on that basis.
Your account
You may use MoMoney anonymously or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Fees
MoMoney is free. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase. MoMoney does not take a cut of any settlement payment, unclaimed-property recovery, or other money paid directly to you by a settlement administrator or government agency — you keep 100% of what they pay you.
MoMoney may show you optional offers from third-party partners. Any such partner service is provided by the partner under the partner's own terms and pricing, which are disclosed before you choose to use it. MoMoney may earn a referral fee from partners; this never changes the price you pay or comes out of any settlement payment.
[ATTORNEY REVIEW: confirm the partner-offer and referral-fee description matches the commercial arrangements in place at launch.]
Filing claims
When you choose to file a claim, MoMoney directs you to the official claims website operated by the settlement administrator. You complete and submit your claim on that website, which is governed by that administrator's own terms and privacy policy. MoMoney does not file claims on your behalf and does not control the administrator's process, timeline, or payment decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse MoMoney — including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, interfering with its operation, scraping or copying its content, or using it to submit false or fraudulent claims. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Intellectual property
MoMoney, including its name, logo, design, and content, is owned by MoMoney LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers
MoMoney is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will qualify for any settlement, that any claim will be approved, or that you will receive any particular amount or any payment at all. We do not guarantee that MoMoney will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the settlement information it shows is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoMoney LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — MoMoney, including any settlement payment you did not receive. Because MoMoney is free to use, to the fullest extent permitted by law our total liability to you for any claim relating to MoMoney will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
[ATTORNEY REVIEW: confirm the liability cap, disclaimer language, and whether an indemnification clause and arbitration / dispute-resolution clause should be added for the launch jurisdiction.]
Apple and Google
You obtain the MoMoney app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for MoMoney or its content. Your use of each app store is also subject to that store's own terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
[ATTORNEY REVIEW: confirm the governing-law state and venue, and whether a dispute-resolution or arbitration provision is required.]
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the app. Your continued use of MoMoney after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
